Make a quick copycat Crunchwrap Supreme at home easily.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix (such as TACO BELL®)
  • 1 10-inch flour tortilla
  • 0.25 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 tostada shell
  • 2 teaspoons sour cream
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
  • 1 small flour tortilla (street taco size)
Instructions:
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  • Lay the large tortilla on a pristine work surface. Pile the meat in the center and generously spread the cheese sauce over it.
  • Lay tostada shell over the melted cheese. Spread a dollop of sour cream over the shell. Add a mound of lettuce and tomato on top.
  • Place the small street size tortilla in the center of the lettuce mixture. Fold the outer large tortilla around the sides and top of the small tortilla, sealing it shut.
  • Sear the crunchwrap in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
