Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.5 (15.5 ounce) jar prepared salsa con queso
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 cup red enchilada sauce
  • 0.25 cup Taco Bell® mild sauce
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 12 (6 inch) white corn tortillas, cut into chips
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Place a layer of paper towels on a plate.
  • In a small saucepan over gentle heat, mix refried beans with 1/4 cup water.
  • In a separate saucepan, warm up salsa con queso with 2 tablespoons of water over low heat.
  • In a saucepan, gently warm the enchilada sauce and mild sauce together over low heat.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tortilla chips without overcrowding. Cook for 4 minutes, flipping halfway through. Transfer chips to a paper towel-lined plate using tongs and sprinkle with salt. Repeat with the rest of the chips.
  • Spread the chips evenly among 4 serving dishes. Top them with beans, then drizzle generously with cheese and red sauce. Serve immediately for a delicious treat.
