Corn and Black Bean Wraps

Create a quick and delicious fiesta dinner with just 6 ingredients. Ready in minutes! Ole!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 4 jalapeño-flavor flour tortillas (8 to 10 inches in diameter)
  • Additional salsa, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine beans, corn, cheese, cilantro, and 1/4 cup salsa in a medium bowl.
  • Spread a generous portion of the bean mixture down the center of each tortilla, then roll them up tightly and wrap individually in aluminum foil before placing them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for approximately 10 minutes until hot and bubbly with melted cheese. Serve with extra salsa on the side.
