Corn and Green Bean Beef Stroganoff

Elevate your dish with vibrant canned corn and crisp frozen green beans for a burst of color and delicious veggie goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 box (5.5 oz) Hamburger Helper™ Deluxe Beef Stroganoff
  • 1 can (15.25 oz) corn
  • 1 cup frozen green beans
Instructions:
  • In a spacious skillet, sauté the beef over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked; then drain the excess fat.
  • Combine hot water, milk, uncooked pasta, sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box), corn, and green beans in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until cooked through and creamy.
  • Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 5 minutes, giving it an occasional stir. Remove from heat and let it sit uncovered to thicken. Give it a final stir before serving.
