Southwest Green Bean Casserole

Spicy green bean bake with chipotles and corn chips, a potluck hit for 14 in just 10 minutes with 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cans (14.5 oz each) cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics creamy mushroom soup
  • 1 container (8 oz) southwestern ranch sour cream dip
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can)
  • 1 cup crushed corn chips (3 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread green beans in an ungreased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. In a medium bowl, combine soup, dip, and chiles; pour over beans. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Once done baking in the oven, give the mixture a good stir and continue baking for an additional 15 to 25 minutes until it's hot and bubbly. Then, top with corn chips and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until bubbly around the edges.
