Spicy Monterey Jack cheeseburger with green chilies mixed into the beef before cooking. Delicious twist on a classic favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles, drained
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients until well blended. Form the mixture into 6 patties, each approximately 1/2 inch in thickness.
  • Preheat oven to broil.
  • Arrange patties on a broiler pan rack. Broil with the tops positioned 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 10 to 12 minutes for a medium doneness level, flipping once, until they are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
