Spice up your burgers with taco seasoning, peppers, and pepperjack cheese. Serve on buns with sour cream and salsa for a fun twist on BBQ classics.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 0.25 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 4 slices pepperjack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 6 hamburger buns
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill until it's piping hot.
  • Combine ground beef, taco seasoning, bell pepper, and onion in a large bowl, using your hands, then shape into 6 patties.
  • Prepare the grill grate by giving it a light coating of oil. Grill the burger patties for approximately 5 minutes on each side until they are well done. Toast the buns on the grill, cut side down, during the last minute of cooking. Place a slice of cheese on each burger before removing them from the grill. Serve the burgers on the toasted buns with a dollop of salsa and sour cream on top.
