Irresistible green bean and corn casserole with buttery cracker crust. Perfect for potlucks!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup diced celery
  • 0.5 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 sleeve buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), finely crushed
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 7 tablespoons slivered almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Mix together the green beans, corn, soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, celery, and onion until well combined. Transfer the vegetable mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • In a small bowl, toss crackers with melted butter until well coated. Spread over vegetable mixture in the baking dish without stirring. Top with almonds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until fully set.
