Elevate your green bean casserole with sweet corn, creamy sour cream, and melty Colby-Jack cheese!
Ingredients:
  • 3 (16 ounce) cans seasoned green beans, drained
  • 1.5 cups frozen corn
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 ounces buttery round crackers
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1.5 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a 2 quart casserole dish, evenly layer the green beans and corn. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup, then spread over the corn and beans. Top with shredded cheese. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs, then sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, about 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
