Creamy and zesty cream cheese dip with crunchy nuts and colorful corn.
Ingredients:
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon ground red chilies or chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 can (7 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • Tortilla chips
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, lime juice, chilies, cumin, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in corn, walnuts, and onion.
  • Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
