Whip up tasty corned beef burgers bursting with classic flavor in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1kg Beef Corned Silverside
  • 20.00 ml black peppercorns
  • 1 brown onion, quartered
  • 3 flat-leaf parsley sprigs
  • 1 carrot, peeled, chopped
  • 2 dried bay leaves
  • 1 tsp whole cloves
  • 75g mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp horseradish cream
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves
  • 4 Kaiser Rolls, split, toasted
  • 60g pepper
  • Green salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large heavy-based saucepan, combine beef, peppercorns, onion, parsley, carrot, bay leaves, and cloves. Pour enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 2 hours until the beef is tender. Let it cool in the cooking liquid before slicing into 1cm-thick pieces for serving on a plate.
  • Mix creamy mayonnaise with spicy horseradish in a bowl.
  • Layer the bun bases with crisp lettuce, vibrant capsicum, flavorful silverside, and zesty horseradish mayonnaise. Enjoy alongside a fresh green salad.
