Ingredients:
  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine cottage cheese, spinach, Parmesan, and eggs in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish and spread into a smooth, even layer.
