Baked eggs with cottage and Swiss cheeses, onions, bread crumbs, and spinach.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups non-fat cottage cheese
  • 0.66666668653488 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Mix cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, eggs, onion, breadcrumbs, and spinach in a medium bowl. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
