Whip up fresh cottage cheese in minutes with just milk, vinegar, and salt - a simple and satisfying DIY treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
Instructions:
  • In a small pot, heat milk until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar. Slowly stir mixture until curds form, which should take about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined colander, letting the liquid whey drain off as the curds cool for approximately 15 minutes. Season the curds with salt.
