Coat ham in peach preserves, brown sugar, and mustard for a tasty twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) boneless ham
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
  • Place the ham in the roasting pan and gently pierce it multiple times with a fork.
  • Mix together the brown sugar, peach preserves, and mustard in a bowl, then spread the mixture over the ham and cover with foil.
  • Roast the ham in a preheated oven, basting regularly, for 90 minutes. Remove foil cover and bake until hot in the center for an additional 30 to 45 minutes. Check the temperature with an instant-read thermometer - it should read 140°F (60°C).
