Indulgent white wine cheese fondue with succulent snow crab - a crowd-pleaser for any gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup dry white wine
  • 6 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 Snow Crab clusters, shelled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Combine the cream cheese and wine in an electric fondue pot or saucepan and gently melt together over low heat, stirring continuously until silky and smooth, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Coat Swiss cheese in cornstarch and mix with wine, crabmeat, milk, Worcestershire, and parsley until the cheese is smooth and the crab is heated through, 5 to 10 minutes. If not using immediately, transfer to a fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm.
