Indulge in a savory delight by topping pizza dough with a luxurious blend of crab, cream cheese, green onion, and cheese for a delectable Asian fusion treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying, or as needed
  • 4 (3.5 inch square) wonton wrappers, cut into strips
  • 1 (16 ounce) package pizza dough
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 tablespoons chopped green onions, divided
  • 0.25 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 4 ounces frozen crab meat, thawed
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
Instructions:
  • In a deep skillet over medium-high heat, fry wonton strips in vegetable oil until crisp, for 2 to 4 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 450°F (230°C) and lay out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown in the preheated oven for 7 minutes.
  • Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup of green onions, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, and crab in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto the pizza crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, the rest of the Parmesan cheese, fried wonton strips, and the remaining green onions.
  • Bake until the cheese is golden and bubbly, for about 8 minutes. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce before serving.
