Create a crab and veggie wrap bursting with flavor in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
  • 12 imitation crabmeat sticks (about 1 oz each), chopped*
  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded red bell pepper
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt, fresh cilantro, ground cumin, diced tomato, and chopped green onions in a small bowl.
  • Heat all remaining ingredients, excluding tortillas, in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • Spread a generous amount of salsa on each tortilla, then generously top with a flavorful crabmeat mixture. Roll up the tortillas and cut them into delightful thirds for easy serving.
