Create irresistible muesli bars with oats, cranberries, coconut, and more yummy treats.
Ingredients:
  • 100.00 gm rolled oats
  • 250.00 ml cornflakes
  • 99.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 125.00 ml dried cranberries
  • 21.45 gm shredded coconut
  • 125g butter, chopped
  • 45.00 gm brown sugar
  • 89.38 gm honey
  • 100g white chocolate melts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease and line an 18cm x 28cm slice pan with baking paper, leaving a 2cm overhang.
  • In a large bowl, mix together oats, cornflakes, flour, cranberries, and coconut. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter with sugar and honey, stirring for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour butter mixture into the oat mixture and stir until fully combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the pan, then bake until golden and slightly firm to the touch, about 20-22 minutes. Allow it to cool completely in the pan.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate on medium (50%) for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Cut cooled slice into 15 bars, then pipe melted chocolate onto each one from a snap-lock bag. Let it set before serving.
