Sweet and tart cranberries and crunchy macadamia nuts coated in a irresistible candy glaze – a decadent dessert delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 to 1 1/4-lb.) pkg. vanilla-flavored candy coating or almond bark, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries or dried cherries
  • 1 (3.25-oz.) jar macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare baking sheet with foil. Gently melt candy coating in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.
  • Mix in the cranberries and nuts, then spread the mixture on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Allow it to cool for 45 minutes or until completely cooled. Break the bark into 1 1/2-inch pieces and store in an airtight container.
