Whip up quick and flavorful cranberry chipotle meatballs in a slow cooker for a sweet and spicy holiday appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 0.25 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped - or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Add meatballs to the slow cooker. Roughly mash cranberry sauce in a bowl, then combine with pineapple chunks, brown sugar, and chipotle chile. Pour mixture over meatballs, stir well. Cook on Low setting covered for 4 to 5 hours until sauce thickens and flavors absorb. Serve with toothpicks.
