Delicious cookies infused with sweet cranberries and warm cinnamon.
Ingredients:
  • 3.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 2.125 cups white sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup sweetened dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine flour and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Thoroughly mix in 1 egg, then add the second egg. Slowly incorporate the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Gently fold in the cranberries.
  • Shape the dough into a 1 1/2-inch diameter log, wrap it in plastic wrap, and chill in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Slice the cookie dough into 1/2-inch-thick pieces with a sharp knife and place them on a spacious baking sheet.
  • Bake until the edges are golden brown, approximately 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
