Elevate your holiday dinner with a simple cranberry sauce featuring raspberry Jell-O® and crushed pineapple for a delightful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together water, cranberries, and sugar until boiling. Lower heat to a simmer and cook until cranberries pop, around 10 minutes.
  • Move the mixture to a serving bowl and combine with raspberry-flavored gelatin and crushed pineapple. Chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight before serving.
