Elevate your Thanksgiving feast with a unique stuffing featuring cranberries, walnuts, and raisins for a sweet twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf sourdough bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1.5 cups dried cranberries
  • 1.5 cups golden raisins
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together bread, cranberries, raisins, and walnuts. In a separate bowl, whisk brown sugar and butter, season with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, then stir into the bread mixture until well combined. Spread the mixture into the prepared dish.
  • Bake until the top is crispy, for 45 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven.
