Indulge in festive cranberry-nut bread - a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons orange juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease the bottom of a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan generously. Mix Bisquick, granulated sugar, sour cream, oil, milk, orange peel, and eggs in a medium bowl until just combined. Gently fold in cranberries and nuts. Transfer the mixture into the pan.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 15 minutes, then gently remove the loaf from the pan and place it top side up on a wire rack. Allow it to cool completely for about 2 hours before slicing. Store tightly wrapped at room temperature for up to 4 days or in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
  • Combine the powdered sugar and orange juice until a smooth, drizzle-consistency glaze forms. Drizzle the glaze over the bread.
