Cranberry-Pecan Granola

Elevate your breakfast with a delicious blend of Wheat Chex®, oats, pecans, and cranberries - ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup real maple or maple-flavored syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 2 cups Wheat Chex™ cereal
  • 1 1/3 cups sweetened dried cranberries (about 6 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F, then combine oats and pecans in a large bowl.
  • Combine the juice concentrate, syrup, cinnamon, and oil in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed. Pour over the oat mixture and toss to evenly coat. Add the cereal and spread the mixture onto 2 large cookie sheets or 2 (15x10x1-inch) pans.
  • Bake the granola for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring often and swapping the cookie sheets halfway through, until it turns a lovely light golden brown. Mix half of the cranberries into each portion of the granola.
