Try our irresistible mango-carrot-spinach pops for a refreshing and nutritious treat that even kids will love. Win-win!
Ingredients:
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1 cup packed fresh spinach leaves
Instructions:
  • Blend yogurt, mango, and carrot juice in a blender until smooth. Set aside 1 cup of the mixture and refrigerate. Divide the rest among 6 (5-oz) paper cups, filling each with about 1/3 cup. Cover cups with foil, insert a craft stick into each pop, or follow ice pop mold instructions. Freeze for around 2 hours until firm.
  • Blend the reserved mango mixture and spinach in a blender until smooth. Pour about 3 tablespoons of the spinach mixture over the frozen layer in each popsicle cup. Return the foil to the pops to support the sticks and freeze for about 6 hours, or until completely frozen.
