Fun kid-friendly single-serve pizzas with customizable critter designs using various toppings.
Ingredients:
- Canadian-style bacon
- Sliced mushrooms
- Sliced ripe olives
- Chopped zucchini
- Chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 8 bagels, split
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- Sliced pepperoni
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Generously spread each bagel half with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce and top with 1 tablespoon of cheese on each.
- Assemble toppings on sandwiches to create fun critter shapes. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and place them on a non-stick baking sheet.
- Bake until the cheese is perfectly melted, around 5 to 10 minutes.
