Delicious cream cake made with heavy cream for a tender, perfect white cake - ideal for birthdays.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Whisk eggs in a large bowl until they're fluffy, then stir in sugar and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture in 3 parts, alternating with whipping cream, and mix until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 30-40 minutes in the preheated oven.
