Decadent fudgy brownies meet crushed Oreos, sweet cream cheese swirls, and a delectable frosting drizzle for the ultimate cookies-and-cream indulgence!
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 2 oz (from 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 12 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely crushed (about 1 1/4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, stir together 1/3 cup of frosting and cream cheese until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
  • Prepare the brownie batter according to the box instructions. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of crushed cookies. Spread the batter in the pan. Drop spoonfuls of frosting mixture evenly over the batter, arranging them in 3 rows by 3 rows. Use a knife to create a swirled design by running it through the mixture.
  • Bake for 23-26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle the remaining 3/4 cup of crushed cookies over the top and gently press them into the brownies using the bottom of a metal spatula. Allow to cool completely on a rack for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Place 1/4 cup of frosting in a small microwavable bowl and microwave it uncovered on High for 10 to 15 seconds until it is thin enough to drizzle. Use a fork to drizzle the warmed frosting over the top of the dish, then refrigerate for around 30 minutes until the frosting sets. Keep the dish covered at room temperature for storage.
