Whip up tasty carrot cake bars with a luscious cream cheese swirl for a delightful dessert at your next spring gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Carrot Cake Mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend together the cake mix, water, oil, and 3 eggs until well combined. Spread the batter in a pan.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and the last egg until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture onto the batter in the pan, creating pockets of creamy goodness. Use a knife to gently swirl through the cake batter and cream cheese, creating a lovely marbled effect.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely on a rack before slicing into 6 rows by 4 rows. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
