Creamy baked chicken: Boneless breasts baked in rich cream of chicken soup until tender and juicy.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 pinch poultry seasoning
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 10.5 ounces milk
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish and generously season with aromatic poultry spice blend.
  • In a bowl, combine condensed soup and milk, then pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • Roast in the oven until chicken is cooked through and juices are clear, for approximately 1 1/2 hours, or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165°F (74°C).
