Elevate grilled chicken with a rich, creamy sauce of heavy cream, Parmesan, cream cheese, and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Season chicken breasts generously with a flavorful blend of oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill until cooked through and juicy, about 5 to 6 minutes per side, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) with an instant-read thermometer. Keep warm after grilling.
  • While the chicken is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan with oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, for about 2 minutes. Stir in flour until incorporated for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in cream and broth. Cook and stir until the mixture thickens, for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and cream cheese until both have melted, for about 5 minutes.
  • Drizzle sauce over chicken breasts and serve extra sauce on the side.
