Slow-cooked pork chops in creamy mushroom soup and soy sauce, served with a side of fluffy white rice to soak up the delicious flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 (5 ounce) bottle soy sauce
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Instructions:
  • Massage the brown sugar onto the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Transfer the chops to a shallow dish and generously pour soy sauce over them. Cover the dish and refrigerate, letting the flavors meld for one hour.
  • Pour the luscious cream of mushroom soup into the slow cooker. Gently coat the chops in soy sauce and nestle them on top of the soup.
  • Cover and slow cook until irresistibly tender for 6 to 8 hours.
