Creamy stovetop semolina porridge with milk, butter, and sugar - a decadent and satisfying breakfast delight.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1.5 teaspoons butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup semolina flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, mix milk, water, butter, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring. Remove from heat and steadily pour in semolina flour, whisking constantly to keep the mixture smooth.
  • Return saucepan to medium heat and whisk porridge until it boils, approximately 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until porridge thickens. Then, remove from heat and mix in sugar.
  • Allow the porridge to rest for 3 to 5 minutes before enjoying.
