Creamed Chicken and Vegetables

Satisfying one-pan chicken and veggie bake, perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 package Betty Crocker™ mashed potatoes and roasted chicken gravy mix
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or 1 package (9 ounces) frozen diced cooked chicken, thawed
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet over high heat, bring water and milk to a boil. Whisk in 1 packet Gravy Mix until smooth. Add chicken and vegetables, bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Cover and set aside.
  • Prepare potatoes to serve 4 portions. Serve the simmered chicken and vegetables over the potatoes.
