Creamy, Dreamy Vegan Fudge Pops

Whisk together coconut milk, cocoa powder, almond extract, and fresh raspberries, then freeze for luscious vegan fudge pops.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
  • 5 tablespoons Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup white sugar, or less to taste
  • 0.25 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.25 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend together coconut milk, cocoa powder, sugar, raspberries, and almond extract until mixture is thick and fluffy like pudding, about 2 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into disposable cups, make sure to level the tops, and then insert sticks into each cup.
  • Chill in the freezer until firm, for a minimum of 3 hours.
  • Rinse the bottoms of the cups with hot water to effortlessly release the fudge pops.
