Whip up Creamy Baked Chicken Taquitos in just 30 minutes. Minimal ingredients, maximum flavor. Perfect for a delicious family dinner!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup green tomatillo salsa (salsa verde)
  • 1 package (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count)
  • Olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and cover a cookie sheet with foil.
  • Combine tender chicken, creamy cream cheese, and a zesty 1/4 cup of salsa in a small bowl. Adjust the spiciness to your preference by incorporating more salsa as needed.
  • Brush both sides of each tortilla gently with fragrant olive oil or spray with convenient cooking spray. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the flavorful chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla. Roll them up neatly, then arrange on a baking sheet with the seam side facing down.
  • Bake until golden brown, for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve right away.
