Creamy baked chicken with buttery crumb topping, perfect for leftover chicken. A household favorite, best served with mashed potatoes or rice and a side of green vegetables.
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups crushed buttery round crackers
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix condensed soup and sour cream in a bowl, then pour over the chicken. Combine crushed crackers, poppy seeds, and melted butter in another bowl, then sprinkle over the chicken and sauce.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes until the casserole is golden brown on top and the sauce is bubbly.
