Indulge in rich, creamy slow-cooked chicken with a savory cracker crumb topping for a mouthwatering meal.
Ingredients:
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb)
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 36 round buttery crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray. Next, add the chicken to the slow cooker. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soup, milk, and poppy seeds, then pour this mixture over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on High heat setting for 1 hour. Reduce heat to Low and continue cooking for an additional 3 hours.
  • Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl until crumbs are moistened. Sprinkle over chicken before serving.
