Basil's vibrant leaves shine in summer, adding a burst of flavor to salads, pastas, cocktails, and creamy dips.
Ingredients:
  • 250g pkt light cream cheese, chopped
  • 90g (1/3 cup) light sour cream
  • 1 bunch fresh basil, leaves chopped
  • 40.00 ml pine nuts
  • 1 shallot, trimmed, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, basil, pine nuts, and shallot in a food processor until mixture is smooth and basil is finely chopped.
  • Serve in a beautiful bowl and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
