Create a delicious and satisfying one-pan meal featuring chicken, potatoes, and vegetables.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (4.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ loaded baked potatoes
  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, if desired
  • 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions:
  • Combine the sauce mix, water, milk, and butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Add the potatoes and basil.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring occasionally, then lower the heat. Simmer covered for 20 minutes with occasional stirring. Add chicken and vegetables, then simmer covered for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
