  • 20ml olive oil
  • 9.60 gm chicken salt
  • 1kg chicken breast
  • 200g mushrooms, chopped
  • 250g bacon, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 500g cooked white rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thin pieces. Season evenly with chicken salt. Sear chicken in a small amount of oil until lightly browned. Transfer chicken from heat source.
  • Combine bacon and mushrooms in a sizzling pan, then toss in garlic. Sauté until tender. Next, gently nestle chicken breasts into the pan, followed by pouring in cream and chicken stock. Lower the heat and simmer slowly. Meanwhile, use a skewer to puncture holes in the chicken as it cooks.
  • The cream is ready when it thickens. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving with rice.
