Indulgent milk chocolate buttercream frosting perfect for icing cakes and cupcakes. Just 5 simple ingredients for a smooth and creamy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2.75 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 5 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and cocoa powder by sifting together.
  • In a large bowl, beat the butter until smooth. Gradually mix in the sugar mixture and evaporated milk alternately. Stir in the vanilla.
  • Beat mixture until it becomes light and fluffy. Adjust consistency by adding more milk or sugar to taste.
