Fluffy mousse pie with melted marshmallows and milk chocolate filling, served in a homemade or store-bought graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (7 ounce) bar milk chocolate candy
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, gently melt marshmallows, chocolate candy, and milk over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Let the mixture cool completely before using.
  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, creating a decadent whipped cream with sharp peaks. Carefully fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined, then pour this delightful mixture into the baked pie shell. Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours until perfectly set.
