Creamy Dijon-Bacon Pasta Salad: A delicious twist on classic potato salad with bacon, cheese, eggs, green onions, and celery. Perfect for BBQs, picnics, or potlucks. Speed it up with premade ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (7.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad™ Ranch & Bacon Pasta Salad Mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon (6 slices)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
  • Add the pasta to a 3-quart saucepan filled 2/3 full with boiling water. Boil gently, uncovered, for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and drain well.
  • Combine the seasoning from the box with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a large bowl to create a flavorful dressing.
  • Mix pasta, eggs, bacon, cheese, celery, and onions into the dressing in a bowl, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Enjoy right away or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
