Create irresistible flatbread appetizers topped with fresh veggies and creamy spread for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups assorted fresh vegetables, such as sliced mushrooms, cherry tomato halves or chopped broccoli, or Shredded cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick, water, and green onions until a soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 20 strokes.
  • Use your hands coated in flour to press the dough into an ungreased rectangular pan that measures 13x9x2 inches.
  • Bake for approximately 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill weed, and garlic powder until creamy. Spread this mixture evenly over the crust and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Prior to serving, cut into 1 1/2-inch squares and garnish each square with vegetables or cheese. Refrigerate any leftovers.
