Creamy garlic prawn fettuccine

Creamy garlic prawn pasta ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 375g pkt egg fettuccine
  • 300g pkt garlic prawns
  • 300ml ctn light thickened cream
  • 120g pea
  • 1 lemon, zested, juiced
  • 62.50 ml dill sprigs
Instructions:
  • Cook the pasta in a generously sized pot of boiling water according to the instructions on the packet. Ensure to drain thoroughly.
  • Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook prawns for 5 minutes until curled and changed color. Simmer with cream, then add peas and lemon juice, heating for 2 minutes. Stir in pasta, half the dill, and half the lemon zest. Combine and season to taste.
  • Divide the mixture into serving bowls and generously sprinkle with the remaining dill and lemon zest.
