Creamy Jalapeno and Pulled Pork Quesadilla

Spicy cream cheese, pulled pork, and veggies make irresistible quesadillas.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup PHILADELPHIA Spicy Jalapeno Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 (11.5 ounce) package OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Sweet & Spicy Pulled Pork
  • 0.5 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 0.5 cup chopped red pepper
  • 0.5 cup tomatillo salsa
Instructions:
  • Evenly spread cream cheese on the tortillas, then add the remaining ingredients on one half of each tortilla. Fold the tortillas in half.
  • In a generously sprayed large skillet over medium heat, cook each quesadilla for 4 to 5 minutes until both sides are golden brown, flipping halfway through. Repeat for the remaining quesadilla. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa.
