Whip up a deliciously creamy leftover pulled pork soup with a BBQ twist for a convenient weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1.75 cups cooked pulled pork
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, mix milk and chicken broth. Add pulled pork and barbecue sauce, then stir in chili powder, black pepper, oregano, and salt. Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Divide the mixture into 6 bowls and garnish each with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
